Judgement
call · awakening · reckoning · rebirth · responsibility
Judgement speaks of waking to something you have long known. It is the hour of honest reckoning: what you did, what you avoided, what was real. As a tool for self-knowledge, it appears when a sincere assessment of your own path opens room for a decision that reorganizes life, with no external tribunal and no final verdict.

Reversed
When Judgement appears inverted, the same energy shows up out of balance: judging yourself without mercy, revisiting the past without pause, hearing the call and not answering. Also the refusal of any reckoning, a life led without looking back, until the account accumulates in a way hard to ignore. It is worth telling apart the regret that corrects the route from the one that merely condemns whoever erred.

What the card shows
Psychological aspects
The ability to assess your own path without destroying yourself. It involves distinguishing guilt from responsibility and turning remorse into a course correction.
Emotional aspects
Recognition, shame, relief and the wish to begin again. Old emotions return in order to be integrated and not to condemn the one who feels them.
Behavioural aspects
Taking stock, apologising, re-establishing contact, closing loose ends, settling accounts. Also brooding over the past and postponing the decision for not considering yourself worthy of starting again.
In daily life
Relationships
A reunion, a pending conversation that finally happens, a readiness to look at the real history of the bond. It may indicate reconciliation or the honest closing of a stage.
Work
An assessment of a path, a change of field or of meaning, a decision to go back to studying, taking up again something interrupted with another maturity.
Personal life
Settling accounts with yourself: apologising to someone, resolving old pending matters, returning to something that did you good and was abandoned.
The image
An angel blows a trumpet with a banner marked by a cross. Below, people rise from open coffins, arms lifted, among men, women and children. In the background, mountains and a strip of water separate the scene from the horizon.
